At Exa, we work on AI (as it applies to search), but the workplace requires the human touch. We need someone that would be excited to wear many hats at our 11 person startup - from workplace experience, to recruiting coordination, to executive assistant work.

What you will do:

- Ensuring that our sunny new office is beautiful, productive, comfortable

- Coordinating candidate interviews and visits

- Helping founders with email and calendar management

- Organizing team and external events

- Partner with cross-functional teams on company-related initiatives (IT, HR, admin, comms teams)

- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers

Skills and experience you possess:

- At least 1 year of working experience

- Interested in working at fast-paced startup

- Flexibility to occasionally help with evening or weekend events
