The School of Nursing at the University of Central Missouri invites applicants for the position of Assistant Instructor of Nursing. This 9-month non- tenure track faculty appointment will being August 2024. We are looking for faculty who are committed to providing quality and innovation in nursing.

The Position’s Responsibilities include:

This position is primarily for the undergraduate program including face to face, clinical, and skills teaching.
Faculty assignments, committee work, and development of curriculum will be dependent upon program assessment and school needs.
Faculty are expected to actively participate in committee work, service activities, and student advising.

Education & Formal Training Master's degree (Specify field(s) of study below) Other Education & Formal Training

Required:

Earned Master of Science (MSN) in Nursing

Preferred:

Doctorate in Nursing (DNP or PhD)

Computer Skills Word-Processing, Presentation, Other Experience

Required:

Two years nursing experience within the last five years.
Unencumbered, current, active registered nursing licensure in Missouri
