Position Purpose

Under the direct supervision of the Fiscal Manager, assist in the management of all Online & Learning Engagement (O&LE) department budgets and the preparation of weekly, monthly and annual reports. Assist with the monitoring of revenue and expenses associated with the O&LE operations. Develop, monitor, and reconcile financial reports as needed and requested. Assist with the identification of procedural problems, analyze the causes and recommend improvements. Assist with end of fiscal year activities and subsequent audit.
