Job | The Associate Director is a .30-.40 FTE position that reports to the Executive Director of the Center for Health Equity and will serve as a member of the Center's Leadership Team and Executive Committee, working collaboratively with leaders, faculty, and staff. They will represent the Center's research program to internal and external parties, building partnerships and promoting the Center's initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Work Location: | Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings. Office is located on the ground floor of the Fitzsimmons building on the Anschutz medical campus. |

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE: $45,000 - $66,570 salary support annually based on 0.30 FTE (will be adjusted based on FTE up to the NIH salary cap of $221,900 (2024 NIH Salary cap)) The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
