Job Summary: | The Department of Psychiatry is seeking an HR Program Manager. The HR Program Manager will focus on recruitment of faculty and staff within the department as part of a team to support major growth within the department. The department is also committed to improving its diversity, equity, and inclusion practices for recruitment and retention. This position will work closely with the DEI committees to implement and research best practices. Key Responsibilities:

Work Location: | Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings. |

Anticipated Pay Range: | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $61,642 - $78,408. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
