Employee Services provides the CU community with excellent services from recruitment to retirement. This office provides technical expertise while administering benefits, professional development, payroll, individual tax management, and strategic HR programs. The functional areas of Employee Services include Payroll, Technologies, Benefits, Retirement, Financial Education, Learning and Development, International Tax and Human Resources.
Position Summary:
The Senior Benefits Enrollment Processor, with extensive experience in benefits administration, assumes an expert role in managing benefits transactions and ensuring accurate data entry in the Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enrollment Management Access Database systems at the University of Colorado (CU). This position will resolve sophisticated problems related to benefits enrollment data and is responsible for proper enrollment and deductions for employees, retirees, surviving spouses, and students. Additionally, the Senior Benefits Enrollment Processor plays a pivotal role in initiating and managing Open Enrollment activities, integrating new benefit plans and eligibility rules, and driving system improvements. In addition to this role’s day to day duties, this role will also provide guidance to other team members, when needed.
This position will report to the Assistant Director of Benefits Operations and is exempt from the State of Colorado Classified Staff System.

This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule, working some days from home and some days in office at our 1800 Grant Street location.

What We Offer:
Salary: The anticipated hiring range has been established at $61,000-$65,000.
CU System Administration takes into consideration a combination of the selected candidate’s education, training and experience as it relates to the position, as well as the position’s scope and complexity, internal pay equity and external market value when determining a salary level for potential new employees.
