University of Dayton is Hiring a Senior Customer Service Representative Near Dayton, OH
Under the supervision of the Parking Services Assistant Director. Provides parking services to the University community using discretion and independent judgment. Performs high quality customer service in an extremely complex office environment.
Minimum QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Effective written communications skills
Knowledge of and experience with software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office)
Effective technical skills
Preferred QualificationsWhile not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:
Five years of demonstrated successful customer service experience
Demonstrated experience to deal with conflict and complaints
Effective verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work as a team
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
High degree of confidentiality
Evidence of strong organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously
Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Evidence of strong analytical skills
Ability to make sound decisions
Demonstrated proficiency with other computer software and programs
Evidence of strong problem solving skills
Effective interpersonal communication skills
