Travel: 25%

Supervises: Area Operations Managers and/or Community Managers

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week

Position Summary: Lead and manage operations across a portfolio of apartment communities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Oversee investment objectives, sales, marketing, personnel, customer experience, and financial targets.

Key Qualifications:

• Education/Experience: High school degree required; college degree preferred. 3 years in multi-site apartment management, Regional Manager, or Regional Vice President roles.
• Skills: Strong leadership, financial management, sales and marketing expertise. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneSite, Real Page, and social media tools.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Other: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Understanding of Fair Housing laws.

Expectations:

• Hire, train, and develop Community Managers.
• Set and achieve sales and budget goals.
• Conduct community visits and inspections.
• Oversee annual and monthly budgets.
• Proactively manage financial operations and key performance indicators.
• Evaluate and respond to market trends.
• Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
