Position Summary
The Business Administrative Associate (HB Revenue Recovery Manager) is responsible for various managed care and contracted payment functions. This role is responsible for monitoring and collecting of payer underpayments. This manager is a resource for evaluating reimbursement and working with the Director of Revenue Recovery and Payer Operations on underpayments and payer issues. This role must have revenue cycle billing and collections experience as well as contract interpretation and adjudication experience.
Provides supervisory oversight and instructions to staff. Using the Epic Revenue Cycle system, continually evaluate KPIs as well as automation opportunities for reporting and tracking of underpayments or processing anomalies. Assists with contract management systems and inputs.
