Job Summary | This position provides support for the MLK Center Administrative Specialist and Director of Education. · Answering phone calls and relaying complete and accurate messages · Greeting Visitors, Students & Faculty and Staff with great customer service · Manage the whole MLK center/suite during assigned work hours · Support office programming and events · Clean and prepare the office for morning operations · Manage aspects of the MLK Website, Social Media and Listserv · Manage office images, display case and reservation process · Make sure the office is locked and secure upon leaving Student Office Managers are expected to demonstrate high levels of confidentiality and a desire to learn new skills. The student in this position must be a self-starter and have an understanding of working in a professional environment, and have excellent customer service skills. This position requires a positive attitude and a willingness to assume a variety of roles. The Student Office Manager is expected to report to work on time, dressed appropriately and show respect for colleagues in the workplace. Contact person |
