University of Maryland Faculty Physicians is Hiring a Faculty Services Coordinator Assistant - Radiation Oncology (Hybrid) Near Baltimore, MD
Under general supervision, provides administrative support to the Radiation Oncology Business Office team to support the team in the form of faculty recruitment, appointment, hospital privileging, human resource and other business office needs. The Coordinator reports to the Human Resource Manager. Duties may include receiving visitors, handling the mail, copying and faxing as necessary, scheduling internal meetings with applicants, and preparing material for those meetings and orientations; and other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role in a healthcare or education environment
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Excellent organization and communication (oral and written) skills
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and software used by the department
- Strong attention to detail
