ResponsibilitiesClinical Practice:
- Independently care for patients within the unit's specific population
- Act as a clinical resource for colleagues and integrate evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate patient care
- Ensure accountability to patients, families, peers, and nurse managers for care processes and outcomes
- Serve as a primary coordinating nurse and contribute to advancing group practice within the unit
