Job SummaryAs a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Cardiac Care unit, you will play a vital role in delivering specialized care to our patient population. This position requires a minimum of 12 months of nursing experience and offers the opportunity to be an integral part of our multidisciplinary patient care services team.
ResponsibilitiesClinical Practice:
  • Independently care for patients within the unit's specific population
  • Act as a clinical resource for colleagues and integrate evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate patient care
  • Ensure accountability to patients, families, peers, and nurse managers for care processes and outcomes
  • Serve as a primary coordinating nurse and contribute to advancing group practice within the unit
