Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician (Lansing, MI) Edward W. Sparrow Hospital Association seeks a Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician. Duties include: diagnose and treat diseases, disorders of and injuries to the respiratory/pulmonary system; provide management of life threatening conditions requiring sophisticated organ support and invasive monitoring; and stabilize patients suffering from pulmonary conditions affecting their ability to breathe.
Minimum of Doctor of Medicine degree or foreign equivalent; 6 years training in Internal Medicine/Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine; Michigan Physician License; ABIM Internal Medicine Board Certification; ABIM Pulmonary Disease Board Certification; successful completion of ACGME accredited 36-month Internal Medicine Residency followed by successful completion of ACGME accredited 36-month Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship; and accepted or eligible to be accepted by all major insurances required.
