Responsibilities*
40% - Assistance with coordinating several grants (e.g., preparation of interim and annual reports, budgeting and expenses, record-keeping, assistance with grant renewals and new applications, coordination with other grantees, travel planning).
40% - Assistance in coordinating lab member efforts and projects; preparation of human subjects/IRB protocols, submissions and record-keeping; preparation of study materials; general lab maintenance, including archiving study materials, keeping records up-to-date; assistance with training of lab members in research protocols.
20% Entering, cleaning, and coding data; assistance with analysis of data using statistical software; help with manuscript preparation, including literature searches and manuscript editing; assistance with the preparation of posters and presentations for scientific meetings.
Required Qualifications*
A bachelor's degree in psychology, human development or education preferred. Prior research experience in either psychology, human development, or education required. Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively and possess excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills. Must have strong computer skills, and familiarity with statistical software packages (e.g., R, SPSS) would be ideal.
Additional Information
Position is part-time temporary (approximately 10 hours/week) for one year, with the potential of renewal after one year.
