Associate Director of Admission Operations

- Knowledge and capacity to navigate and identify system architecture in Technolutions Slate (CRM).
- Familiarity with Banner or other student information systems, and systems data mapping and configuration.
- Ability to create logic driven reporting in a complex highly secure data environment.
- Ability to manage databases and knowledge transfers.
- Thorough knowledge of secondary and post-secondary education. Attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication.
- The to effectively manage data and write reports
- Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills. High emotional intelligence.
- The ability to independently envision, organize, and execute successful event programming.
- The ability to independently organize workflow and make sound decisions. The ability to work with various campus partners, from alumni to trustees, to advance the University’s mission.
