Position Summary
Flexible work arrangements, including remote/hybrid work locations, are an integral part of the School of Medicine's Working Forward initiative. As such, this position's work location is designated as hybrid. Please note that the designated work location is subject to change based on the unit's business needs.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide a variety of administrative services, business functions, faculty support, and record management for the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. In addition, the position will perform general office and project management support and perform other tasks as directed, according to established processes, policies and schedules.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Prior experience working in academic medicine or health care field is highly preferred.
