Lead, create, and execute all marketing and fan experience efforts and initiatives for UNCW AthleticsThis position serves as a key leader in driving creativity and cohesiveness amongst social and digital platformsEnhance brand awareness through marketing strategies in all mediumsLead, create and execute marketing plans, develop attendance generating promotions, and coordinate gameday activities for all sportsCollect, analyze, and interpret data and analytics from digital campaigns to measure performance and identify key trendsOversight of booking and scheduling of third-party entertainment, and performers for all eventsCreate game scripts to match the game day marketing plansManage the process of submitting requisitions form payments in the areas of promotional items and advertising among other needsWork closely with the supervisor in all budgeting and finance elements of the departmentPlan and implement special events: Seahawks Tomorrow, Seahawk Madness, etc.Manage the budgets and supervision of the cheer, dance, pep band and mascot programsCoordinates and supervises the distribution of promotional materialsWork within a team, deal with ambiguity, manage fast-paced change and to contribute what is needed to achieve project goalsKnowledge and understanding of the NCAA rules and regulations regarding compliance issuesBecause of the nature of athletic schedules, the selected candidate may be required to work flexible hours to meet the various demands of the operation
Minimum Education And Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in a discipline related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
