Tandym Group is Hiring a Learning Management System Administrator Near Richmond, VA

A recognized services organization in Virginia is currently seeking a new Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join their growing team. In this role, the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will be responsible for the management and support of the organization's LMS.

Responsibilities:

The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the LMS
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation
  • Upload, organize, and manage e-learning courses and materials
  • Ensure all content is current, accurate, and accessible
  • Assist with the design and development of new learning materials as needed
  • Generate and analyze reports on LMS usage, course completions, and learner progress
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve the learning experience
  • Work closely with instructional designers, trainers, and subject matter experts to develop and implement effective training programs
  • Propose and implement enhancements to the LMS to improve functionality and user experience
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance with standards
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in a LMS/JLC administration or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Proficiency in LMS/JLC software and related technologies
  • Familiarity with e-learning standards such as SCORM, AICC, and xAPI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with specific LMS/JLC platforms (Docebo)
  • Experience with Articulate, including Rise 360
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
