Responsibilities:
The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will:
- Oversee the daily operations of the LMS
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation
- Upload, organize, and manage e-learning courses and materials
- Ensure all content is current, accurate, and accessible
- Assist with the design and development of new learning materials as needed
- Generate and analyze reports on LMS usage, course completions, and learner progress
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve the learning experience
- Work closely with instructional designers, trainers, and subject matter experts to develop and implement effective training programs
- Propose and implement enhancements to the LMS to improve functionality and user experience
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance with standards
- 2 years of experience in a LMS/JLC administration or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proficiency in LMS/JLC software and related technologies
- Familiarity with e-learning standards such as SCORM, AICC, and xAPI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with specific LMS/JLC platforms (Docebo)
- Experience with Articulate, including Rise 360
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
