We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department’s daily operations and ensuring the efficient management of our human resources.
You will work closely with employees and management to address HR-related needs, promote a positive workplace culture, and help drive organizational success.
Your key responsibilities will include Recruitment : Support the full recruitment cycle, build relationships with hiring managers, and assist departments in developing advertisement strategies.
FMLA / Worker’s Compensation Administration : Counsel employees and supervisors through FMLA process, facilitate return-to-work and light duty agreements, and audit leave during payroll processing.
Employee Relations : Counsel supervisors and managers on performance concerns or office relationships, support the annual performance appraisal process, and guide leaders in creating a positive workplace culture.
HR Data / HRIS : Update HR tickets in Team Dynamix, utilize COGNOS to generate HR reports, complete re-employment verifications
