The University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc. The University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc (UTFI) invites applications and nominations to fill the position of Constituent Management Specialist II on the Advancement Services team. Reporting to the Director of Advancement Services, the Constituent Management Specialist II is responsible for the entry, maintenance, and monitoring of highly confidential biographic, demographic, and financial gift and non-gift information in a CRM database (Salesforce) for all campuses supported by the UT Foundation across the UT System. The Constituent Management Specialist II is also responsible for interpreting gift and donor information and communicating with alumni, donors, corporations, associations, and foundations.
Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Gift & Pledge Entry: Record and acknowledge standard gifts and pledges with a high degree or accuracy. Transactions may include matching gift claims, honorarium, or memorial tributes, covering accounts, and/or pledge payments.
Record Maintenance: Create new donor records and update existing donor records to include names, contact information, constituencies, contact preferences, and other relevant data; Including mailings, activities, affiliations, etc. Provide professional and timely customer service including follow-up telephone calls and/or emails upon request completion.

Required Education And ExperienceThe candidate who fills the Constituent Management Specialist II position is required to have:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Data entry experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Education And ExperienceIn addition to meeting the required qualifications, the preferred candidate will have:
  • Vocational diploma or certificate in Business or Accounting
  • Basic accounting knowledge; experience with Adobe
  • Experience working with confidential and/or financial data
