ROLE OVERVIEW 

The person in this role will assist with all housing processes throughout the year, including apartment leases for Residential Life staff and other tenants, support summer housing processes unique to the summer term, collaborate with campus partners, to coordinate housing placements for specific populations. This individual will also support the management of the StarRez housing platform throughout the academic year. 

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION 

This position is full-time, year-round, and is benefits-eligible. 

MIN $21/hr to $23.60/hr

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Utilize the StarRez platform to run reports, make changes, and support student housing needs. 
• Manage housing placements for specific populations including but not limited to, athletics, gender inclusive housing, summer academic housing, etc. 
• Collaborate with student accessibility services to house students who need specific accommodations. 
• Support the billing of students for each academic term. 
• Execute room changes requested by students.
