Job specification

• Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric PICU patients, including monitoring, medication administration, and assessments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and execute patient care plans.
• Offer emotional support and education to patients' families.
• Respond swiftly to critical situations and stabilize patients in emergencies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and stay current in pediatric nursing practices.

Candidate requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington .
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Recognition and Management of Cardiac Arrest ACLS certification required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1year of nursing experience in a critical care or pediatric setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
