Job location : Casper, Wyoming

Pay rate or range : $12.00 per hour

JOB PURPOSE :

Student will assist UW Casper in marketing and front desk procedures as directed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Content curation and creation for various social media platforms
• Coordination of press releases for events and students
• Assist in daily tasks for the front desk : answer phones, filing, assist students, help with events, other duties as needed.
• Scanning materials
• Organizing materials for student events
• Scheduling appointments for different departments

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY :

This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Education : Current UW-Casper student

Experience : None Required

Other requirements : Must be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and / or academic year.
