University Retirement Community is Hiring a Resident Care Manager – RN Near Davis, CA
What you’ll be doing: In this role you will be supporting our nursing staff, and collaborating with physicians, the interdisciplinary team, residents, and their families. Daily this can look like completing nursing assessments and tasks, advocating for patients, and performing patient education. Duties will also include assisting with admissions and discharges, attending care conferences, creating/ updating care-plans, covering the floor when staffing requires, among other duties.
Schedule: 11:00 am - 7:30 pm; on 3/off 3
Wages: $45.00 - $55.00 / hr DOE
About you: we are looking for driven and compassionate clinicians to join our team with the goal of providing exceptional care to our residents. In addition to this we are also seeking:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong assessment and care planning skills
- Understand state, federal and local regulations in relation to long term care and skilled nursing requirements
