Job Summary
Serves as a member of the Center's Executive Leadership team with a portfolio centered on providing strategic leadership for preparation and transition of Illinois students to post-graduation opportunities. Specifically oversees services and resources related to pre-health advising, preparation and application to graduate/professional school, and preparation and search for internships and post-graduation employment. Also serves as the Principal Investigator for the Illini Success initiative and leads assessment of learning outcomes and impact of The Career Center. Contributes to all major decisions impacting the Center and assists with strategic visioning, planning and prioritization; management of budgets, personnel, and operations; development of strategic partnerships and new initiatives; and assessment and reporting of outcomes and impact. Must be a passionate advocate for career development, student success, and committed to delivering high-quality career services within a higher education environment. Must value and foster meaningful relationships, thrive in a team environment, and be committed to advancing all forms of diversity, equity, and inclusion.Duties & Responsibilities

This is a 100% full-time Academic Professional position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after 4/16/2023. Salary is commensurate with experience.
