Position SummaryThis entry-level role involves basic operations of manufacturing and/or packaging equipment. Responsibilities include documentation, setup, operation, and cleanup, with guidance from a senior operator. This position serves as training for advancement to a fully operational role.

Position AccountabilitiesEssential Job Responsibilities:
- Shadow trained operators to learn all aspects of the role, including batch record documentation, equipment setup, operation, and cleanup.
- Assist in material handling for equipment operations, setup, and breakdown.
- Perform sanitation duties as instructed by senior operators, including cleaning containers, parts, and proper disposal of pharmaceutical or hazardous waste.

Minimum Experience: 0-2 years
Minimum Field Of Expertise
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and meet company standards.
- Proficiency in reading, comprehending, and following written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Demonstrated personal hygiene standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Includes carrying, climbing, fingering, handling, hearing, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motions, standing, talking, and walking.
- Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment and hearing protection as required.
- Near Acuity: Ability to see clearly at 20 inches or less.
- Work in manufacturing/processing areas and/or packaging lines.
