Unleashing Potential is Hiring a Site Manager - School Age Services Near SAINT LOUIS, MO

Unleashing Potential is looking for a Site Manager to oversee before and after school programing at our Atlas Elementary site, located at 400 S. 18th Street, St. Louis, MO, 63103.

Program Duties:

  • Manage both before and after school programming at assigned site.
  • Key contact for parents and school administration.
  • Oversee completion of program outcome measurements and works to improve the performance levels of children.
  • Make recommendations to the associate director/director to enhance program and provide new activities including STEM and social emotional learning experiences for children.
  • Create special activities and presentations with children for school events.
  • Develop lesson plans and prepare for daily activities, including assurance that all supplies for programs are available to direct care staff.
  • Complete weekly service unit reports.
  • Facilitate group activities and serves as a primary contact for students, school administrators and parents in each school.
  • Coordinate snacks and meals for students.
  • Create methods of recruiting and engaging families and children to meet goals of the strategic direction of the program.

Supervision of Staff Duties:

  • Provide leadership and direction to team members, including training, coaching, and mentoring as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure goals and objectives are met.
  • Coordinate work schedules and assignments to optimize productivity and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration among team members.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by team members, resolving conflicts and promoting a culture of open communication.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and document performance including conducting onboarding assessments, monthly manager check-ins, and annual performance reviews
