Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of software developers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be the go-to person for technical decisions and troubleshooting.

• Mentor and support junior developers, helping them to grow their skills and advance in their careers. You’ll play a key role in building a strong, capable, and motivated development team.

Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role such as Lead Developer, Senior Developer, or similar. You’ve successfully led teams that have delivered scalable and reliable software solutions.
• Proven experience in building and scaling software products in fast-paced environments, particularly in industries such as SaaS, fintech, or healthtech.
• Experience with both frontend and backend development, as well as cloud computing and modern development frameworks.
