General Summary:

This is the fifth in a five-level career path. Individuals in this position are responsible for planning and delivering multiple large-scale, highly visible initiatives by leveraging the appropriate methodology and processes in a fast-paced environment that crosses a significant (e.g. 6 ) number of parallel activities across business and technical departments.
The Program Manager should have both classic and Agile IT project management experience and be able to leverage the two disciplines as appropriate. They are expected to perform at a high level, leading strategic, cross-functional and cross-company, business facing and technical initiatives and have a proven track record of being solution and delivery focused.

The base salary range for applicants for this position is listed below. Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience.

$109,100.00-$213,300.00

Additionally, Unum offers a portfolio of benefits and rewards that are competitive and comprehensive including healthcare benefits (health, vision, dental), insurance benefits (short & long-term disability), performance-based incentive plans, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match up to 5% and an additional 4.5% contribution whether you contribute to the plan or not.
