As a Registered Nurse in ACU/OR (including PACU), you will have a significant impact on the patients and staff that you interact with on a daily basis. You will be responsible for providing high quality, professional and compassionate patient care while working with an incredible team of Surgeons, RN’s, SFA’s, CST’s and Anesthetist’s. You will be providing care to the surgical, recovery, endoscopic and infusion patient population. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a skilled decision-maker and team player.
Position RequirementsSuccessful completion of nursing program required
Current Michigan RN license required
BLS, ACLS and PALS required (available upon hire)
Previous OR Experience RequiredPACU/ACU experience preferred
Must be flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment, positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills and be able to multi-task well.
Annual influenza vaccination or declination required
Position Details0.6 – 1.0 FTE (part-time, 24 to 40 hours per week)
Days - 10 hour shifts, Monday - Thursday
Rotating call on Fridays, weekends and holidays
Includes PACU and Endoscopy
