Commercial Roofing Sales Representative

We're seeking a motivated and experienced sales representative to join our team!

We focus on hail damaged commercial roofing systems and have a proven track record of performance & claim handling. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years of verifiable commercial roofing sales experience.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
• Conduct site visits to assess roofing needs and provide customized solutions to clients
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
• Collaborate with our production team to ensure seamless project execution
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:

• 3 years of commercial roofing sales experience (preferably with a focus on hail damage replacements)
• Proven track record of success in generating new business leads and closing deals on commercial roofing contracts
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing products, materials, and installation methods
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and generate new business based on recent storms.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Builder Trend)
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Experience with claims projects

Pay: $85,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
