Core Business Processes

• Assist in the Month End close process to ensure accurate and timely month end reporting
• Reconcile employee remuneration benefit accounts and other accruals accounts
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations, and analyze and interpret data
• Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare Financial Statements for the North American entities including the Consolidation of Manufacturing and Sales companies, in accordance with application of the proper Accounting Standards
• Assist with preparation & review of Sales Use Tax data for monthly filings for US entities
• Assist with the internal and external audit processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, human resources to oversee accounting processes and provide financial insights
• Assist where necessary in Purchase to Pay workstreams
• Actively participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned

Skills, experience and qualifications:

• Solid understanding of ERP and Reporting systems, with SAP knowledge a plus
• 4 years Accounting and Finance experience- CPG preferred
• Excellent understanding of financial metrics
• Very strong work ethic, resilience in the face of pressure, good team player, problem solver, ability to meet multiple stretching deadlines, great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical bias and Microsoft Excel skills
