Help us set the tone for excellence as a Banquet Manager at Upland Brewing Company's Blommington location! 

Maximize efficiency and profitability of our banquet and private party business through marketing and sales and generate restaurant marketing opportunities. Work in consultation with our General Manager and Executive Chef to set catering targets and marketing plans. Provide guests with an excellent experience and maintain high service standards throughout the banquet operations.

• Handle all banquet bookings and sales, which includes but is not limited to: all emails, calls, creating and providing quotes through Tripleseat platform, organizing tasting, and arranging showings.
• Handle all aspects of executing private parties such as monitoring linen, beer, wine, and supply inventories.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.
• Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.
• Present in professional appearance and mannerisms
• Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
• Keep the workstations and equipment clean, organized and sanitized
• Perform pre and post event duties and other side duties
• Adhere to set standards, procedures, department rules and sanitation requirements
