JOB TYPE: Part-time or full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist

We are looking for a licensed mental health therapist who wants to join a clinical care team providing exceptional care to women. Uplift For Her is a growing physician-owned Salt Lake City-based integrative women’s health clinic serving women throughout the state of Utah. It was started by Dr. Mallorie Cracroft, a board-certified OB/Gyn to offer women a more holistic and team-based approach to their health.

We are rapidly growing and are dedicated to helping our clients integrate mental health into their everyday health and wellness routine. We aim to combine aspects of psychological therapies together with physical treatments to help women achieve deeper and more complete healing. We value taking a whole-woman approach to healing which means addressing the mental health concerns in conjunction with proper nourishment, good lifestyle habits, proper rest, etc. and believe strongly that this model can improve healing and overall well-being. We use a combination of lifestyle training, dietary modification, supplements and pharmaceutical interventions as appropriate.

Role Description:

• Full-time or part-time
• In-person or hybrid
• Cash-based practice
• Flexibility regarding hiring as employed position or independent contractor
• The mental health therapist will see current Uplift For Her patients in conjunction with their medical care to help them manage mental health concerns. There may also be opportunity to see patients from the general community as well depending on desired number of clinical hours.
• Therapist will work with the physician as needed to make adjustments to treatment plans for patients.
• Further opportunities available for creative approaches to support, such as group therapy options, therapy in nature, etc.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, or something similar.
• Must be licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LMHC or similar
• Must be dependable, timely and a team-player

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with trauma, mood disorders, specific women’s health concerns such as postpartum mood disorders, and reproductive health
• Comfortable with electronic medical records.
• CBT, DBT, EMDR, and/or brain spotting training preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Benefits available depending on hours worked and hiring arrangement

• Additional compensation is available for content creation, hosting workshops, etc.
