OVERVIEW OF THE AR/PAYROLL SPECIALIST ROLE:

• The AR/Payroll Specialist will process and monitor incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in recording transactions.
• The AR/Payroll Specialist will prepare and send invoices to clients, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to address billing inquiries and facilitate prompt payment.
• The AR/Payroll Specialist will accurately enter employee time punches into the payroll system to ensure correct and timely payroll processing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AR/PAYROLL SPECIALIST:

• Proven experience in accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
