Resource Pool Incentives & Sign-on Bonus Details: 

• A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for nurses with over 1 year of RN experience.

• Resource Pool RNs receive an additional 10% differential on top of their base pay.

About the Position:

The Resource Pool provides ad hoc staffing solutions for nursing units that are reflective of their census and acuity at the time. Resource Staff is made up of two areas: Medical-Surgical/telemetry and ICUs. Working in the Resource Pool you must be especially flexible, knowledgeable, and responsive.

Our Registered Nurses work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays to ensure 24/7 coverage on the floor.
