The Office of Residence Life seeks 1-2 time Student Assistants to help in the office for the summer. Position may be extended into the school year if approved by the Director. Duties will include answering the phone and emails, making outbound calls to follow up with students who must complete housing or other forms, creating documents with Microsoft Office programs (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.), and other organizational and administrative projects.The hours available to work are Monday through Friday, between 9:30am-4:30pm. We can be flexible with class scheduling. This position is expected to work between 5 and 15 hours per week.
