Duties:
- Perform confidential tasks for family including scheduling, booking flights, returning packages, calling in prescriptions, etc.
-Answer phones at front desk and schedule appointments.
-Be quick, efficient, and computer and tech savvy.
-Help patients check in and escort them if needed.
-Have an incredibly professional demeanor.
Experience with a doctors office or personal assistance a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
