Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and nurturing children, possess strong communication skills, and be experienced in curriculum development.

Duties:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to foster children's cognitive and social development
- Educate students on various subjects in an engaging manner
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure the welfare and safety of all children.
- Manage student behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques
- Utilize early intervention strategies when necessary
- Oversee classroom management to create a conducive learning environment

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a public or private school setting
- Proficiency in curriculum development tailored to different age groups
- Strong ability to educate and engage students effectively
- Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of child welfare practices and behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies for young learners

K-4 Team LeaderResumes will only be considered from individuals who received a degree from an in-person teacher education program with a minimum of a full day, full semester teaching practicum/internship. Effective candidates will have exceptional communication and organization skills along with the ability to multitask and manage other teachers.

5-8 Middle School TeacherResumes will only be considered from individuals who received a degree from an in-person teacher education program with a minimum of a full day, full semester teaching practicum/internship.

9-12 Content area teacherCandidates must have either a degree from a qualified teacher education program or a degree in the content area with relevant teaching experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
