Job Code: 2024-OCHC-005 FLSA Status: Exempt Referral Bonus Eligible: Yes - $750 FTE: 80 hours bi-weekly Location: Iron River & Ontonagon
Summary:
Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Practice Manager to provide daily administrative and operational oversight of its Iron River and Ontonagon Clinics which provides integrated medical, dental and behavioral health services. The Practice Manager ensures adherence to organizational and operational policies and procedures, ensures clinical support staff relations are maintained, clinics are properly staffed and providing quality patient care, ensures financial/productivity objectives are met, and will be an integral part of the operations team. The Practice Manager works collaboratively with other UGLFH leadership ensuring clinic goals and objectives are met on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual basis. Frequent travel between the Iron River and Ontonagon Clinics is required.

Job Qualifications:
- Associate degree or a combination of relevant education and experience. Bachelor's or master's degree in a healthcare-related field, preferred.
- State of Michigan unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
- Evidence of basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Experience utilizing an electronic health record system.
- Professional certification in Practice Management and/or advanced training in business management, preferred.
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently between the Iron River and Ontonagon Clinics is required.
