The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Duties:
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the restaurant
- Supervise and train staff members on food preparation, customer service, and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Oversee shift management and ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Support catering operations and special events
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and reporting

Experience:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively
- Proficiency in customer service practices to ensure guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with catering operations is a plus
