Overview

We are looking for talented Salesforce Developers or Consultants to join our team in designing and implementing world-class Salesforce applications for our growing world-wide customer base. As a Salesforce developer/consultant, you will develop customized solutions, support clients with data governance, build and maintain integrations to and from Salesforce, and support customer SFDC platforms.

No prior Salesforce experience is needed but development skills (Java, JS, HTML, CSS...) are preferred. Training in SFDC specific skills will be provided.

Work Authorization & Location

This is an on-site, Lynchburg, VA based position. No permanent remote employees will be considered.

No virtual interviews will be conducted. If you are unable to appear in person in Lynchburg for an interview, you will not be considered for this position.

No US Work Visa sponsorships! You must have current US work authorization to be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze organizational needs and goals to develop and implement application systems.
  • Install and customize existing Salesforce AppExchange products.
  • Configure customer Salesforce instances based on project requirements.
  • Develop and adapt Apex code and LWC components - including source testing.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members on customer and internal projects.
  • Document implementations for admin and end-user trainings.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.

Qualifications

  • Proficient with web based languages (JS, HTML, CSS)
  • Proficient in object-oriented languages (Java, C ,...)
  • Working knowledge of database structures and languages (Oracle DB, SQL)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology.
  • 1-3 years of work experience with application and software development.
  • Proficient in Apex, LWC development.
  • Salesforce admin or developer experience
  • Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
