**The Team**

As a manager of the Dealer Success team you are an invaluable asset to the culture and performance of our team. You are a natural coach that leads by example. To excel in this role you should have exceptional communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. The Manager, Dealer Success is responsible for managing, retaining and analyzing the performance of our Dealer Success Managers and dealership client partners.

As the **Manager of Dealership Success** at Upstart, you will **support a team of Dealer Success Managers by leading, coaching and assisting with dealership client partners.**

***Position Location -*** This role is available in the following locations: Remote(#LI-REMOTE)

***Time Zone Requirements -*** This team operates on any time zone in the United States.

***Travel Requirements -*** Up to 50% travel with team members to dealership partner locations

**How youll make an impact:**

* Oversee a Dealer Success team. Inspire, lead and develop a team of Dealer Success Managers dedicated to delivering value to our dealership clients and internal colleagues. Provide them with coaching, mentoring, career pathing, and constructive feedback.

* Serve as the voice of the client by surfacing key trends and insights (KPI's) back to our product, engineering, and support teams.

* Develop and deepen relationships with key stakeholders within our dealer clients.

* Foster a great team culture based on psychological safety and purpose to ensure an environment that represents our broader culture.

* Ensure your team is delivering maximum value to our clients across our solution set, driving long term customer retention.

* Act as a final escalation point for resolving difficult client, sales, and/or technical and product issues.

* Responsible for the management and communication of expectations and any internal changes affecting the greater team.

* Collaborate with the Dealer Success Senior Leadership Team to enhance work processes and procedures.

* Develop and implement bold new ideas that will help set and achieve team and company-wide goals, moving us forward.

* Promote a fun and zealous environment while hitting KPIs.

* Set the overall vision and strategic plan for their Dealer Success vertical - build and scale an integrated Dealer Success organization, with specific focus on Customer Health, Usage, Retention and Adoption metrics.

* Personally ensure high levels of quality, client satisfaction, and employee satisfaction.

**What were looking for:**

* Minimum requirements:

Previous Saas experience using Salesforce.

Ability to travel 30-50% of the time.

Experience with hiring, coaching, training and developing a team.

Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal and people skills.

Incredible organization, written and communication skills.

2 years in a high level CS or DS role.

* Preferred qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive, digital retailing, finance and retail
