Upstate Services Group is Hiring a RN UNIT MANAGER Near Cortland, NY

We have increased our pay rates!!! We are a 5 Star Facility for Quality of Measures and a 4 Star Facility overall! Come join our family! We treat all residents and staff as family and ensure support and proper training for success! Let's sit down and talk about why joining our family at Cortland Park may be the last job you ever apply for! This position is DAY SHIFT MON-FRI! No weekends or holidays required! This position would require oversight of a 40 bed long term care unit with near full capacity. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate their staff to provide the utmost care for our residents.

Qualifications and Skills: Must be a NYS Licensed Registered Nurse. CPR Certified is preferred but not required.

Benefits: We have excellent benefits including health insurance, 401K plan, flex spending and PTO. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
