Upstate Veterinary Specialties, PLLC (UVS) is a growing, privately-owned, specialty and emergency veterinary hospital located in Latham, New York. We offer a congenial, supportive work environment with board certified specialists in Cardiology, Critical Care, Dermatology Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Radiology, Rehabilitation and Surgery. What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Client Services Manager to join our team. The Client Service Manager manages the entire Client Relations team and ensures UVS clients have a positive service experience. This position will also manage the relationship between UVS and the community by liaising with outside entities including but not limited to local law enforcement and Rescue/Humane organizations.
Position Requirements:
- 2-5 years of management experience in a client service or medical office environment
- Previous experience in a Veterinary practice is desired but not required
- Experience in 24-hour facility is helpful
