Main Responsibilities include :

Oversight and Sequencing of Sub-contractors and vendors on a daily basis

Create, follow and update construction scheduleManage permitting and inspection processes

Understanding and enforcing all Construction Drawings & Details

Engage in direct communication with clients, architects and interior designers

Supervise and control construction management processes such as : RFI's, Daily Reports, Weekly Reports, Submittals, Change Orders, Shop Drawings

Qualifications :

Fluid in EnglishExperience in residential construction.E

xcellent organization, time management, attention to detail and communicational skills.Advance skills in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point, Project)

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee field operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Manage project scheduling, including coordinating resources and equipment

- Review and interpret project schematics and blueprints

- Monitor contract compliance and address any deviations

- Utilize construction management software to track progress and communicate updates

- Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and safety measures

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in field management or related role

- Proficiency in HeavyBid, Primavera, ProCore, or similar project management tools

- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently

- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with teams and clients
