About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a Marketing Account Manager to join one of the country’s fastest growing boutique real estate brand. The ideal candidate will provide marketing and administrative support to the company’s agents based in their Bal Harbour, Miami office.

This is a full time, in-office role from 9-5, M-F. This role is a great opportunity for someone passionate about real estate who is looking to grow in a back-office, supportive function.

Their clients and agents benefit from the shared resources of their international team, including in-house, cutting-edge creative, public relations and tech divisions. They have 115 offices across 12 countries.

Role & Responsibilities

Support and Grow Current Office and Agent’s Business

  • Creation of various deadline-oriented marketing materials including presentations, flyers, signage, eblasts, social media and other industry-specific advertising
  • Liaison between agents and the company’s Creative/corporate on marketing needs and processes
  • Agent Marketing and listing planning
  • Coordination of local ad and media buying
  • Management of print coordination of marketing materials with local vendors
  • Approval of marketing for compliance and brand guidelines
  • Marketing training/onboarding for all new hires (staff and agents)
  • Maintain and Promote office Social Media Account
  • Coordinate Office Marketing Initiatives
  • Agent Biography writing
  • Have thorough understanding of APT and Agency Connect and timely complete assigned tasks
  • Participate and help coordinate office marketing events
  • Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by management

  • Tech-Savvy and able to learn software quickly
  • Ability to follow templates and stay on company brand guidelines
  • Attention to detail - precise when executing assets, proofreading and spellchecking
  • Go-getter mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple listings/accounts
  • Courteous and loves to help others
  • Bonus if you love real estate
  • Excited to work on projects, able to be flexible if needed
  • Always act professionally - leadership, attitude, behavior and dress
  • Acts in the best interest of the company

Compensation: 50-60K, with the ability to grow

Full Health Benefits after 90 days
