About the Opportunity:
This is an opportunity for a Marketing and Transaction Coordinator to join a top-performing real estate sales team at Compass. Join a team of 12 awesome agents and a powerhouse “back of house” team of 7 support staff (you will be one of them) to support the 3-5 sales agents in their day-to-day business. This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to WFH 4 days a week, until further notice. This role is a great opportunity to understand the workings of a highly successful real estate agent/team in NYC.

Role & Responsibilities:
● Support agents in their day-to-day role/s with tasks related to the sales listing/buyer process including but not limited to:
○ Point person on submitting following up on coop/condo Board Packages (overseeing the process, done by a third party)
○ Creating listing agreements and coordinating signatures and sending to the listings department
○ Coordinating with management companies for building due diligence documents
○ Entering new listings into listing distribution systems, StreetEasy, and uploading all media
○ Contacting management for any building/unit questions from customers
○ Updating listings online for price drops, status changes, etc.
○ Facilitating deal sheets and necessary info for accepted offers
○ Tracking contracts and following up with attorneys
○ Coordinating interviews and closings when buyer applications are approved
○ Sending out commission bills and payment instructions to attorneys
○ Submitting expenses for marketing reimbursements
● Lead and execute upon the marketing efforts (Social Media, Email newsletters, mailers, show sheets) required for sales listing/buyer pipeline - you will also be managing/working with a marketing specialist
● Run point on execution of sales listing activities (photography scheduling, staging, advertising)
● Own the data accuracy of our industry-leading CRM (via Hubspot) relating to the sales pipelines (we have plenty of automation that will automatically inform you of tasks)
● Vet new referral opportunities for the sales agents
● Analyzing and presenting comps (mostly for appraisals)
● Managing our project management systems (Asana Hubspot) effectively to ensure all tasks are completed
● Introduce potential new agents to the team leader (recruiting bonus opportunity)
● Work with the “back of house” team and outside vendors and stakeholders

Qualifications and Requirements:
● NY Real Estate license is a plus but not essential. If you meet the other requirements of the role - we want to hear from you!
● 2 years of sales support experience

● Knowledge of Mortgage Process
