Job Description The People Team at CSS is at the forefront of our company's growth; working to scale the business through workforce planning, enter and establish new markets for hiring, and build the operational engine that powers a company across multiple lines of business and diverse markets. Strategy and Planning sits at the center of this team, connecting cross functional resources to deliver on our highest priorities, setting and operationalising the plan to achieve our goals. As a Strategy & Planning Sr Associate, you will play a critical role in evaluating strategic growth opportunities, improving process efficiency, and driving the overall performance of our People team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People Analytics, Recruiting, HR, and Finance, to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning and analysis, project management, and stakeholder management, with a particular focus on the People function. Key Responsibilities
Evaluate strategic growth and cost savings opportunities for the People team & business globally to drive faster scale and greater efficiency
Develop forecasting models, budgets, resource allocation, and plans for projects and annual roadmaps
Scope and prioritize areas of opportunity, building compelling business cases for leadership audiences and leading change management efforts
Build impactful, customer-facing reports that highlight opportunities to grow revenue, save costs, and improve employee experience.
Review team processes and identify areas for more automated and data-driven solutions
Research and analyze industry and competitive trends to identify emerging market opportunities and strategic areas of interest
Qualifications
3 Years of work experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a domain-specific role across consulting, strategy, project management/program management
Experience working with high-functioning, international global teams (start-up experience is a plus)
Exposure to working in both business side functions and People team functions
Experience owning/driving business case creation and annual planning cycles
Proficiency in data analysis tools, including financial modeling and statistical methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive actions based on analysis.
