Upwork has partnered with global provider of property, casualty, and specialty insurance and reinsurance.

To continue making an impact, they are looking to partner with an experienced Production Support Data Analyst that will focus on supporting the data accuracy and completeness within the enterprise data warehouse.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze and resolve data issues within the enterprise data warehouse.
• Develop source-to-target mapping documents to include additional application data elements.
• Load source-to-target mapping documents from source systems into the enterprise data warehouse.
• Work with the ETL team to ensure the accuracy of source-to-target mapping documents in the ETL code.
• Verify that the ETL code meets STM requirements.
• Perform data validation to ensure accurate data movement into the enterprise data warehouse architecture.
• Consult with reporting teams to understand and address any discrepancies between the enterprise data warehouse and source system applications.

• Demonstrated experience in data analysis within an enterprise data warehouse.
• At least 2 years of expertise in Policy & Claims Insurance.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, ETL, and BI Architectures.
• Ability to create and optimize Semantic layer Reporting Views.
• Skilled in facilitating data discovery sessions with business subject-matter experts.
• Solid knowledge of RDBMS platforms (e.g., SQL Server, DB2) and experience in generating DDL.
• Familiarity with Guidewire Policy Center, Guidewire Claims Center, SAP FS-RI, and SAP FS-CD applications and their data is a plus.
• Amenable to work for 40 hours per week within business hours.
• Amenable to work ONSITE at the client's office location. 
• Can start immediately is preferred.
